On September 11, the Logistics Institute of Central Asia (LICA) had the honour of welcoming His Majesty’s Ambassador to the Kyrgyz Republic, Mr. Vicente Solera Deuchar.
The meeting provided an opportunity to introduce LICA’s academic initiatives, including our UK MBA and PhD programmes, and to discuss the Institute’s broader commitment to advancing internationally oriented education and professional development across Central Asia.
The discussion highlighted the important role of international education in strengthening leadership capabilities, expanding research capacity, and creating meaningful professional opportunities within the region.
LICA remains committed to developing academic and institutional partnerships that connect Central Asian professionals and researchers with international educational opportunities and perspectives.
