The Logistics Institute of Central Asia (LICA) had the honor of hosting faculty representatives from Osh State University for an official meeting dedicated to strengthening inter-institutional collaboration in logistics and supply chain education.
The discussions focused on several strategic areas of cooperation, including:
— the organization of a joint academic and business seminar planned for November 2026;
— the development and enhancement of academic programs in logistics and supply chain management at Osh State University;
— the integration of practice-oriented learning methodologies aimed at aligning education more closely with current industry requirements.
An important component of the planned collaboration is the implementation of the “BEAR GAME” logistics simulation, supported through the LEARN Logistics by Kühne Foundation initiative. This simulation-based educational methodology is internationally recognized for its effectiveness in strengthening analytical thinking, decision-making competencies, and a comprehensive understanding of supply chain dynamics.
The meeting reflected a shared institutional commitment to advancing academic quality, fostering innovation in teaching and learning, and contributing to the preparation of highly qualified logistics and supply chain professionals across Central Asia.
The Logistics Institute of Central Asia (LICA) values continued academic partnerships that support the development of modern, practice-oriented, and internationally aligned education in the region.
