All applicants must complete and submit a comprehensive application along with the Student Registration Form. This step ensures that the LICA and HWU have all the necessary information to evaluate the applicant's candidacy.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an in-person interview or exam to assess their eligibility for scholarships. This step allows the LICA/HWU to further evaluate candidates based on their academic achievements, work experience, and personal statements
Admission decisions will be made based on various factors including academic achievements, work experience, personal statements, and performance in the interview/exam. The HWU will carefully review each application to determine the suitability of the candidate for the chosen program.
LICA awards an additional scholarship to each approved student for course registration

After completion of registration with successful payment of the fee, LICA will inform the participant of the registration confirmation.
