Mini MBA Program

Program Overview

The LICA Mini-MBA is a practice-oriented executive education program designed to equip participants with essential business, management and leadership competencies required to operate effectively in the Central Asian economic and business environment. The program integrates internationally recognized management frameworks with regional realities, emphasizing practical application, execution discipline and informed decision-making in complex and dynamic environments.

The Mini-MBA is not an academic degree program and does not confer an MBA qualification. Rather, it is a compact and intensive management program focused on developing applied skills through real business cases, interactive learning methods and a capstone project addressing current organizational or market challenges.

Program Format and Duration

  • Duration: 10 weeks (approximately 2.5 months);
  • Format: Hybrid delivery combing online and offline sessions;
  • Schedule: one session will be conducted online during the working day and one session will be held offline on Saturdays at the LICA premises. Each session lasts 1.5 hours;
  • Language of instruction: English and Russian.
