He is the Managing Director at LEARN Logistics by Kühne-Foundation and holds a PhD and Master’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, UK.

Dr. Denny J. Cho

At the Logistics Institute of Central Asia (LICA), Dr. Denny J. Cho instructs courses, seminars, and Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LSCM) and Sustainability. He is the founder of LICA and has over 20 years of teaching experience in Systems Engineering and Business Management. Dr. Cho is also an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in program management, logistics, and the development of advanced aviation and IT technologies.

Ms. Nurgul Toktogulova

Instructor

At the Logistics Institute of Central Asia (LICA), Ms. Nurgul Toktogulova instructs courses in project management. She is the Deputy Chief of Party for the USAID “Okuu Keremet!” project with RTI International, which focuses on improving basic education in the Kyrgyz Republic. Ms. Toktogulova has a strong background in international project management and sustainable development, with expertise in nonprofit organizations and corporate social responsibility.

Dr. Elima Karalaeva

At the Logistics Institute of Central Asia (LICA), Dr. Elima Karalaeva instructs courses in finance. She holds a PhD in Politics from the University of Exeter and is currently an Associate Professor at the American University of Central Asia, where she teaches finance and business courses at both the bachelor and master levels. Her research interests focus on public finance theory, budgeting, taxation, and financial management reforms in developing and transition economies.

Dr. Simon Peter Nadeem

At the Logistics Institute of Central Asia (LICA), Dr. Simon Peter Nadeem instructs courses in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LSCM) and Circular Economy. He is a Lecturer in Operations Management and Logistics & Supply Chain Management at the University of Derby’s College of Business, Law, and Social Sciences, and is associated with the Centre for Supply Chain Improvement at the University. Dr. Nadeem holds a PhD from the University of Derby.
