He is the founder of LICA and has over 20 years of teaching experience in Systems Engineering and Business Management. Dr. Cho is also an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in program management, logistics, and the development of advanced aviation and IT technologies.

He is a Lecturer in Operations Management and Logistics & Supply Chain Management at the University of Derby’s College of Business, Law, and Social Sciences, and is associated with the Centre for Supply Chain Improvement at the University. Dr. Nadeem holds a PhD from the University of Derby.
Ms. Nurgul Toktogulova

She is the Deputy Chief of Party for the USAID “Okuu Keremet!” project with RTI International, which focuses on improving basic education in the Kyrgyz Republic. Ms. Toktogulova has a strong background in international project management and sustainable development, with expertise in nonprofit organizations and corporate social responsibility.

She holds a PhD in Politics from the University of Exeter and is currently an Associate Professor at the American University of Central Asia, where she teaches finance and business courses at both the bachelor and master levels. Her research interests focus on public finance theory, budgeting, taxation, and financial management reforms in developing and transition economies.

He is an experienced scholar in marketing and entrepreneurship with over 20 years of academic and leadership experience across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Dr. Yoo has taught at institutions including the American University of Central Asia, De Montfort University, and the Higher Colleges of Technology. He holds a Ph.D. in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, UK, and an MBA from the University of Ulster, UK.

He is a leading expert in Kyrgyzstan’s digital economy and entrepreneurship, with extensive experience in e-commerce, fintech, and digital transformation. Mr. Kurenkeev is the CEO of CJSC “AlfaTelecom” (Mega™) and the founder of several marketing and consulting firms, including I DO Marketing, ISR Consult, and Digital Academy. As Cofounder and President of the eCommerce Association of Kyrgyzstan, he has played a key role in advancing digital business ecosystems across Central Asia.
