As an Approved Learning Partner of Heriot-Watt University, LICA offers internationally recognized MBA and MSc programs, empowering our students to compete on a global scale. Our partnership with the Kuehne Foundation underscores our dedication to advancing education and training in Central Asia. Together, we have organized seminars, conferences, and short courses, impacting over 200 government personnel and professionals since 2015. Additionally, the GTS-Kuehne LSCM Certificate Program has introduced LSCM to over 500 local university students, with increasing interest and demand each year.

Global Technology Solutions LLC (GTS), formerly known as ProDVD since its inception in 2012, has undergone a dynamic journey of growth and adaptation.
We initially focused on providing IT solutions and services. Recognizing evolving market needs, we strategically expanded our offerings to include consulting, education, and training in IT, business, and logistics.
Rebranding as Global Technology Solutions
In March 2015, we rebranded as Global Technology Solutions (GTS) to reflect our diversified focus and vision for the future.
This shift signified our commitment to delivering a comprehensive range of services that cater to the increasingly complex needs of our clients.
Transition to Education Focus
Staying attuned to market trends, we transitioned our primary focus from IT solutions to education services.
We strategically shifted resources and strategies to prioritize the development and delivery of high-quality educational programs, particularly in logistics and business management.
Establishment of the Logistics Institute of Central Asia (LICA)
On May 22nd, 2023, we marked a significant milestone with the official establishment of the Logistics Institute of Central Asia (LICA) as a subsidiary institution under GTS.
LICA aims to bridge the gap in higher education by providing students with internationally recognized academic programs in logistics and supply chain management.

Educational Initiatives
We collaborate with educational partners and industry stakeholders to design and implement English-language Master's programs in logistics and business administration through LICA.
We have established partnerships with renowned academic institutions such as Heriot-Watt University to offer internationally recognized MBA and MSc programs through blended learning approaches.
We provide short-term courses for employees of enterprises, focusing on supply chain management, logistics, and IT to enhance their professional skills and competencies.
Training and Development Focus

Our annual seminars and Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs feature international experts in supply chain, operations management, IT, and logistics.
